L' "Anno Europeo delle Pari Opportunità per tutti" 2007, stà diventando l'occasione per dimostrare l'efficacia delle politiche di genere come diritto alle "identità differenti", come sviluppo di risorse, capacità e potenzialità personali di donne e uomini.
Ed è proprio nel ruolo degli Enti Locali e delle Istituzioni Europee, Statali e Regionali sostenere la cooperazione dei gemellaggi in Europa, che ci si inserisce con azioni di confronto e scambi di esperienze su questi incontri a tema.

Introduction
The "Equal opportunities for all" (European Year 2007), is becoming the occasion to show the effectiveness of gender polices as right to the "different identities", as develoment of resources, personal capacity and potential for men and women.
And properly on the role of Municipalities, European Institutions, States and Regions, to sustain the twinning cooperation in Europe, that it put actions of exchange best practices and talks about specific theme, like the Equal Opportunities.
